Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ's
Q: Do you do warranty/insurance work?
A: Yes. At this time we have yet to find an insurance carrier and/or extended warranty company that wouldn't work with us. We can usually find a way to help with your OEM Mfg Warranty as well, as most of those are covered by the component manufacturer i.e. Dometic/Lippert/Air Excel etc...
Q: I am outside of your listed territory. Will you still travel to me?
A: A definitive maybe. It never hurts to ask! Jobs outside of our service area are considered on a case by case basis but may be subject to an additonal service call fee.

Q: Do you charge to provide estimates/quotes?
A: Simple answer: Yes. Complicated answer: We try to do everything we can to provide convenience to the customer. If we have to send a technician to your R.V. to diagnose the problem and prepare a quote, it is time spent that they could have been on another repair. There is a fee listed for a quote/measuring sesson that is far less than our standard service call. If you are not time sensative and we can stop by on our convenince we will often waive the service call for a quote. Jobs more than $1000 the initial service call/ quote fee is waived.
Q: Do I need to be there when you do the repair?
A: Nope! We love meeting our customer (and we espeically love meeting their furry friends) but unfortunately convenience means we don't have the opportunity. If you are comfortable, let us know how we can gain access to your R.V. and we will communicate clearly with you, provide you photos of the repair, and can invoice you via Square for you to pay electronically at your conveince.
Q: Do you have a shop / facility where I can bring my RV for repairs?
A: Bring it! While we are truly a mobile outfit, there are repairs that are better suited for a repair at a facility. We have been hard at work making accomodations at our personal home to allow repairs here. It might be a few years until we are in a position to build a shop, but it is in motion. Larger repairs such as floors and roofs are preferred to do at our home base, and the quote typically reflects that.
